I thought I would put up some more pictures for those that would like it. If you have questions be sure to ask.
Sometimes the rain fell but that is the way it goes.

Railway tunnel makes for a good umbrella.

Riding through some of the Vineyards. Some of the trails were groomed but dusty.

Vineyards extended for many km's

We are just about into Penticton B.C.
Time for a water break

Nice cool breeze coming off of the lake

A very bike friendly Motel close to the beach in Penticton!

Bike trail goes along a canal that had many people tube floating

There is a way to cross under a main highway

Wifey takes pictures of flowers

Always stop for a water break especially when it is in the mid 30C's

Time to ride into town for Pizza! Ya and with no gear on the bike it felt very light

#Bikepacking a portion of the #KVR Trail Part1

My wife and I started our #bikepacking riding fatbikes this year in the interior of BC at Carmi on the #KVR Trail. We had a friend there, where we could safely leave our car for almost 2 weeks. I will present our trip in picture form with a few comments.
Always have to stop and take a picture of Mount Robson. It has great memories of back packing up to Berg Lake.

Bikes are now loaded waiting to begin

Clothes on, clothes off. You should not get over heated or too cold.

Tells you where we are. :)

Sometimes trees fall across the trail

Camp for the night

Bikes ready for the night, including the pink shower caps. :)

Sometimes there are small detours.

We saw moose

We saw deer. This one was curious of us.

Awesome curves
Tunnel

Always have to be at the right angle. :)
Stopping to put our rain coats back on.
The view was much nicer than the picture.

Another campsite.

Some people died in the construction. :(

Curved railway bridges with some of them being replaced after forest fires in 2003
One of many tunnels

Rain has stopped for a while

Not sure what place this is overlooking.
